Denmark, country of the vikings, is very well serviced by airports. Although quite a small place, it has 21 airports of which many receive and send flights from and to the major european cities, and Copenhagen Airport, located on the island of Sjælland is becoming a major player in Europe, with long haul flights to many locations landing and originating there. Another Airport of note is Aarhus International Airport is located on Denmark's main land mass, the Jutland peninsula, and serves over 100 destinations.
